Campers

For owners

Earn money from your campervan.

Listing is free. The platform fee comes out of a booking. Nothing is paid out when you list.

Earnings calculator

Enter a nightly price and how many nights you might rent, then estimate.

This is an estimate. It uses the same nightly price for every night, ignores cleaning and weekend prices, and assumes those nights are booked. It is not a payout and not a promise of earnings.

How bookings work

Travellers request dates. You accept or decline. The nightly price, fees, and payout are calculated on the server and stored with the request. Accepting a request does not confirm the booking or take payment.

Fees

The owner commission is 10% of the booking. Renters also pay a 5% service fee. Both rates are read from platform settings and calculated on the server when a booking is priced.

Your responsibilities

You keep the van roadworthy, describe it accurately, and honour the dates you later make available. The exact collection address stays private until a booking reaches the stage where the traveller needs it.

Safety

Owners and renters will be verified before a booking can be confirmed. That check is not connected yet, so do not treat a listing as safety-checked. Insurance protection is not included.

Payments

Card payments use Stripe. Owners connect a Stripe account for payouts, and we do not store bank details. Captured payments stay on the platform balance until a reviewed payout rule says they can be transferred.

Questions

When do I get paid?

Stripe can collect your bank details from Payouts. We do not store them. A card authorisation can be captured when you accept a request, but the payout is not sent until the timing rule is reviewed.

Is listing free?

Yes. Listing is free. The platform fee is calculated when a stay is requested. That amount is not paid out to you at that point.

Who can see my address?

The street address, postcode, and registration stay private. Public pages will show the town and region only.

Does approval mean the van is bookable?

Approval is a content check. Travellers can request available dates. A request can authorise a card, and accepting it can capture that authorisation. It does not confirm the booking or send a payout.
